The internet is filled with “puff” from law firms with statements such as “we are dedicated to serving our clients” or “we use the latest technology”.  We are also dedicated to our clients and use the latest technology, and we can use "fluffy" or "puffy" statements with the best of them, but here are some real facts about our firm which set us apart from many of those other firms.

   We began our law firm in 1973 and have extensive experience in real estate law. Real estate law is what we do and have done since the beginning of our firm.

   We have an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubble which is a well known and respected national attorney rating firm. This rating is based upon reviews submitted by other real estate lawyers who practice in our area and have professional interaction with us.

  We were selected to write a monthly column addressing real estate legal topics by the Austin Board of Realtors over 15 years ago. We continue to write an article for publication each month.
 
   We regularly speak to and conduct seminars for real estate professional groups and write extensively on real estate related topics.

   We limit our practice to allow us to maintain excellence in a limited practice area.

   We employ only experienced and knowledgable staff. Most of our paralegal assistants have more than twenty years experience. We do not train inexperienced lawyers or paralegals on your tab.
