CLOSING SERVICES

The culmination of the purchase and sale of real estate is referred to as a "closing". Hancock & McGill offers a complete closing service. 

Our attorneys are not directly involved in closing transactions but are readily available if needed to resolve title, loan or other issues.  Our fees are competitive with title companies. 

What we offer,  which no title company can provide, is 60+ years of real estate legal experience right down the hall from our closing department.  If problems arise, we have the experience and expertise to resolve them. 

We have provided closing services for the past 30+ years.  Most law firms do not offer this service.   We are often asked why we continue to offer the service.  Perhaps the best answer is that we are good at it and it is a valuable service which our clients have come to expect from us.  Especially if we are already involved in a transaction through the preparation of a contract or because we assisted with other matters.  Our clients often find it is easier and more convenient for the closing to occur in our office.    Email for additional information.
