Hancock & McGill offers a full range of services for owners who choose to sell their property without the assistance of a real estate agent from contract preparation to closing the transaction.

If you have a buyer or if you have found your dream home, give us a call. We can usually prepare the purchase contract within one working day.  The cost for preparation of a typical residential purchase contract will vary from approximately $250 to $350.

You can choose a complete "soup to nuts" service or select the particular services you need.

In a typical residential sale the types  of legal services which might be needed are (1) prepare or review contract; (2) review title commitment and survey; (3) help resolve any survey or title issues; (4) review loan and closing documents; and (5) close the transaction.
