Need a title commitment reviewed before closing?

If you have required title insurance, the title company will issue a title report to you. You must review and object to any title matters disclosed on the title report within the time permitted by your contract or you waive the right to ojbect. Register as a client and request a title review through our secure virtual office. We will obtain the relevant documents from you or your title company, review them and provide you with a report indicating any title issues which may adversely affect you.

Cost:  Starting at $275 for residential transactions and $500 for commerical transactions

Need representation from contract to closing?

We can provide "soup to nuts" representation from the initial contract through closing. This service includes a review of a proposed contract and suggested changes, a review of the title commitment issued by the title company and all underlying title documents, a review of the survey of your property, and a review of all loan and closing documents. This service does not include contract negotiation or dispute resolutions.

Cost: Starting at $650 for residential purchases and $950 for commerical transactions.
